Hal Herron - Chairman
Hal has extensive international investment banking experience including, most recently, as Global Head of Foreign Exchange and Head of Global Markets Europe for Deutsche Bank AG, based in London. During his career he has also been based in New York and Sydney. Mr Herron is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified while working for Price Waterhouse early in his career. He has also served on the boards of a number of private equity firms.
George Ruul - Executive Director
George is the inventor of the Netfira technology and has been responsible for software development in the company since he started it in 2003. He has extensive knowledge of small and medium business operations gained during his 30 years developing accounting and inventory software, including founding Ruling Software whose AutoMech automotive management program is a market leader throughout Australia and Singapore. George is very active in global developer communities to keep abreast of a rapidly changing market and so bring ongoing innovation to Netfira.
Jay Hennock –Vice President, ANZ
Jay has worked in corporate banking and corporate advisory with Citibank and Bank of America. In 1991 he co-founded Access Gaming Systems, which had licensees throughout Europe and Asia and he sold his shareholding to International Game Technology in 1999. Jay has advised numerous technology companies over the past 10 years and is a founding shareholder of www.rsvp.com.au and www.nuontherapetuics.com..
Steve Kennedy - Non Executive Director
Steve Kennedy has worked in banking and finance for almost 30 years. He is currently a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank Global Finance and Foreign Exchange. He has also worked in London and New York when he was managing proprietary trading risk for the Bank. An economist by training he has also worked for Bank of America, the Commonwealth Treasury, and 'The Australian' newspaper.
Brian Skiba – Non-Executive Director, Netfira, Inc.
Mr. Skiba is currently President and former chairman of MaxID Corporation, a leading provider of identity and security solutions. He was a partner at Arma Partners LLP, a London based, technology-focused M&A advisory firm, where he helped to direct over $1 billion of cross-border technology M&A transactions. He was also formerly a ranked equity research analyst and equity strategist on Wall Street and has served as a Managing Director, Global Technology Strategist and Senior Equity Research Analyst at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Cowen and Company. Mr. Skiba has developed over seventeen commercial products and holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business and a BSBA degree from Boston University.
